Optician

Our Optician plays a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience from start to finish. In this position, you will help patients select frames, recommend lenses and coatings, process eyewear orders, and troubleshoot vision issues. You will also handle insurance billing, maintain the optical area, and work closely with our doctors and lab partners to ensure every patient leaves with eyewear that fits their needs and their life. This role is a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and passionate about the optical field.

Medical Receptionist

Our Medical Receptionist is the first face patients see and the heartbeat of our front desk. In this role, you will greet and check in patients, verify insurance, schedule appointments, collect payments, and keep the flow of the office running smoothly from open to close. Strong communication skills, a warm demeanor, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are key. If you thrive on keeping things organized and love making patients feel welcome, we would love to hear from you.
