What is the patient portal?

The patient portal at MySecureHealthData.com is a free, secure online tool that gives you 24/7 access to your health records, after-visit summaries, educational resources, and the ability to send messages directly to our office.

How do I register?

After your visit, you'll receive an email or text notification with a link to the portal. Visit new.mysecurehealthdata.com, click "Not Registered," and use the email address we have on file to get started. A validation code will be sent to your phone to complete registration.

What email address should I use?

You must use the same email address you provided to our office. If you're unsure which one we have on file, give us a call and we'll confirm it for you.

What if family members share an email address?


No problem. When logging in, enter the shared email, then enter the first name and date of birth of the person whose records you'd like to access.

What can I find in the portal?

Once logged in, you can view after-visit summaries, access educational materials related to your eye health, send secure messages to our team, and view upcoming and past appointments.

Is my information secure?

Yes. The portal uses secure, encrypted technology to protect your personal health information.

What if I'm having trouble logging in?


Double-check that you're using the exact email address we have on file. If you're still having trouble, contact our office and we'll help you reset your account.
